My Doctor Is Going To Do A Uterine Biopsy. He

My Doctor is going to do a uterine biopsy. He has requested I insert 2 Misoprostol 200MCG tablets vaginally at bedtime the night before the procedure. My question is concerning the time of the procedure, it is scheduled for 4PM. I am afraid that is too many hours in advance of the procedure. From the studies I can find the medication is usually administered 6 to 9 hours in advance. Not 16 hours. Any advice, I'm sure he was not aware I would be scheduled so late in the day. He also told me to take 4 Ibuprofen orally the night before. This will have worn off, so I'm assuming a better time would be about 1PM on the day of the procedure?
