My Doctor Said That My Knee Pain Is Caused By

My Doctor said that my knee pain is caused by some medical condition called
Chondromalacia patella of right knee he said it is caused by up and down stairs, stooping, kneeling
i hurt it getting out of my daughter car, while parked. september 20014

I go to therapy 3 times a week
hurts when going up and down stairs, geting up after siting long time. geting in and out tub,
when i lift my leg in therapy it feel heavy, like lead, doctor say it is fluid,
i need to know what is going on with my knee.
please help.
