My Dr Has Prescribed Oxycodone 5/325 For My Chronic Pain.

My Dr has prescribed oxycodone 5/325 for my chronic pain. It is not helping at all. I was taking 1 aleve every day which helped more, but my cardiologist prefers I not take the aleve because of my heart disease. I have also had bypass surgery. If I could take 2 aleve a day I think it would make me feel much better. Please advise. Thanks
