My ENT Said I Have Rigid Eardrums And They Are

My ENT said I have rigid eardrums and they are bubbled or ballooned from years of me struggling to "pop" my ears. I now have a constant full feeling in my ear and a decreased ability to ear. I don't know what to do or who to see. My ENT put a tube in, but that did nothing.
