My English Springer Spaniel Threw Up His Dinner Yesterday. Today,

My English Springer spaniel threw up his dinner yesterday. Today, he has only ate one treat and is refusing his dinner. His poo was very loose and a yellow colour on his walk last night. I am very worried about him. He did manage to steal a loaf of bread from our kitchen countertop that had raisins in it. I know raisins are poisonous for some dogs. He stole the bread on Friday and today is Wednesday. He just exhibited symptoms of vomiting yesterday and not eating today. Can you help me?
