My FIL Is Having Severe Muscle Cramp For The Last

My FIL is having severe muscle cramp for the last 2 months. The cramp is spread accross different parts of the boday like: leg, rib cage and the cramp some times sustains for more than 10min. He is also diagnosed with ILD.
Please advise the right doctor whom he should consult for the cramp
