My FNAC for neck showed the following result:
"Smear show polymorphous population of mature and transformed lymphocytes, lymphohistiocytic clusters and occasional tingible body macrophages. No granuloma / giant cells seen.
IMPRESSION : FINDINGS ARE SUGGESTIVE OF REACTIVE LYMPHADENITIS.
Please advise what does above mean
