My Father Had Triple Bypass Surgery 5 Days Ago And

My Father had triple bypass surgery 5 days ago and his blood pressure is so low that when the medical staff get him up to walk, he almost passes out. The doctors took him off his blood pressure meds 3 days ago thinking this would help raise his blood pressure and it has not. What could be the cause of this?
