My Father Is Suffering From Liver Cirrohisis.His Treatment Is Still

My Father is suffering from Liver cirrohisis.His treatment is still running in Institute of liver and biopsy sciences in Vasant kunj Delhi.Currently,Stem cell therapy is continuing.But there is no response from therapy.There is a swelling in stomach which curses him more, fluid in the stomach affects his all body part??Please let me know that there is any procedure or ways to stop making fluids in stomach so that he can live normally.
