My Father Was Diagnosed With Ischemic Brain Stroke. He Undergone

My Father was diagnosed with ischemic brain stroke. He undergone hospitalization and discharged recently. Now he is taking pills Atorva 20, Strocit 500, levipil along with other sugar tablets and BP pill Selome-H. But since 4-5 days days he is gaining weight and not able to sit properly to have food. Please advice if there is any issues in the tablets he is taking.
