My GF has a 'swollen' perineum raphe, a bump of loose skin that hurts. I cannot seem to find a picture of any on the internet. I do have a picture of hers. Can you enlighten me so I can help her? She lives in Cuba, and there is no health system there to speak of, except government propaganda.
