My GGT Is 195 And Alk Phosphatase -IFCC Method Is

My GGT is 195 and Alk Phosphatase -IFCC method is 135 , SGPT(ALT) is 70. Ultrasound is normal. I do not drink alchohol or have jaundice. I have been partially following Paleo diet and eat high fatty food whenever possible (not all the time but couple of times a week)...What is my problem?
