My Girlfriend And I Were In A Motorcycle Accident On

My Girlfriend and I were in a motorcycle accident on May 29, 2016. I broke my ankle and she had not apparent injuries at the time. Later she developed a sore back and doctor thought she had a kidney stone. the soreness continued to get worse. The person at fault (a car turned in front of us) his insurance is paying for soft tissue massages. therapist said she may need an MRI but the doctor will not refer her to get one. Why? Doctor said she will send her to pain management. Is there something we can do?
