My Goddaughter Is Having Chest Pains And Her Cardiologist Had

My Goddaughter is having chest pains and her cardiologist had told her the ER can't help and he suspects pleurisy. although we are waiting on the Ultrasound results, she is in severe pain now. Are there any medications or other things we can try to relieve the pain for now? She has taken Alieve but it has not helped.
