My Grandfather (72 Years Old) Is A Heart Patient And

My Grandfather (72 years old) is a heart patient and has got angioplasty done around 11 years back. He also has problems with liver and recently got a paralysis attack that affected one of his vocal cords.he was unable to speak for quite a few months and now he has the complain of continuous coughing and difficulty to swallow. Please suggest a possible solution and reasoning for thr problem. Thank you.
