My Grandma Is In Hospice And Now On Morphine. She

My Grandma is in hospice and now on Morphine. She is still able to eat baby food and drink water. She is in and out of a semi conscious state. Her voice is now very raspy and does not sound like her voice at all. What is this ? She also has eye cancer that has eaten away one eye. Thank you for your time.
