My Hands Fall Asleep At Night While I'm Sleeping And

My Hands fall asleep at night while I'm sleeping and the discomfort and tingling wake me up. I sleep on my side, and have done this my whole life, but this problem only started a couple of months ago. It happens most nights but not every. Any thoughts?
