My Husband Can't Have A BM, It Has Become Very

My Husband can't have a BM, it has become very painful within the last 2 hours. He is also throwing up, kind of? More like terrible dry heaving with some throw up. He does get terrible heartburn in the morning and will occasionally throw up due to it. It just started 2 hours ago. He felt like he was going to have a BM and it just went down hill.
