My Husband Had Cancer Removed From Top Of His Head

My Husband had cancer removed from top of his head then it got infected then he had to have another operation so since then heis seeing insects like spiders and rats crawling up his bedroom wall and something black behind his bedroom door dancing up and down so I am concerned what it might be or whats causeing this
