My Husband Had Hip Surgery 2 Times Last Month. He

My Husband had hip surgery 2 times last month. he is now in a rehab p/t, o/t facility. The Doctor put him on Inderal LA 180 mgs 1x daily. He is not himself. he is hallucinating, confussed, very depressed, can not finish a sentence. His skin is dry and wrinkled, cold hands and feet, joint pain. he told me today if he can not come home he will shoot himself. My husband does not say things like that. He is on Effexor ER 150 mgs and he is on hydralazine and new meds are Warfarin and Inderal LA. Could the be the problem. Please help as I am panicing.
