My Husband Recently Had A Skin Graph , It Was

My Husband recently had a skin graph , it was checked by hospital on Wednesday one week after surgery to see had it taken , Yes it had it was clean dry and good colour , today the dressing is peeling of and he looked to see it and it looks wet looks like yellowish discharge almost green , does this mean its dying ?
