My Husband Seemed To Have A Stomach Virus Last Thursday,

My Husband seemed to have a stomach virus last Thursday, Friday and over the weekend. He initially had a fever of 100 degrees along with diarrhea and vomiting. His fever is gone, his diarrhea and vomiting are gone but he is now complaining of heartburn when he eats....and he's really only been able to eat soft, easily digestible foods. What should we be concerned about now?
