My. Kid Is 1.5 Yr He Can't Sleep Due To

My. Kid is 1.5 yr he can't sleep due to blocked nose n making noise while sleep his palms are very hot like feverish, having cough, vomit cough, is not eating any thing. Consulted a doctor he suggested me for paracetamol, wikoryl, maxtra p n nasivion drop for nose. Please guide me my baby can't sleep n he is not improving.
