My LMP Was On 07/08/16.IUI Done On 20/08/16.UPT Tested On

My LMP was on 07/08/16.IUI done on 20/08/16.UPT tested on 03/09/16-faint positive.UPT on 15/09/16-Negative that i took afternoon after having more oral fluids.My Gyn told that i am not pregnant.she asked me to stop progesterone suppository and to come on day 2 of my cycle.but on 16/09/16 i had spotting and mild bleeding of about 250 ml and not more than that soaked only half a pad with white umbilical cord like structure.after that no more spotting or bleeding.i dont know what happened to my regular periods.USG done on 29/09/16 that shows no gestational sac.An i still pregnanr or not
