My Lab Will Be 14 In November. I Have Noticed

My Lab will be 14 in November. I have noticed she is panting a lot and it's not hot. She does not do this when she first gets up in the morning or right before she goes to sleep at night. She is taking lexapro (1/4 of 227 mg once a day) and thyroxine L (.6 mg twice a day).
