My MD Has Prescribed Citracel For What She Thinks Is

My MD has prescribed Citracel for what she thinks is IBS...I had a colonoscopy which was fine but I continue to experience severe stomach rumbling, increased gas and the need to go to the bathroom urgently with watery diarrhea...I don't like taking this as I don't think I see any improvement...and I don't like Aspartame an ingredient in Citracel...any thoughts?
