My MRI Reads As Follows: Moderately Severe Generalized Involution Of

My MRI reads as follows:
moderately severe generalized involution of the brain consisting of ventricular enlargement of the cortical sulci. No focal or asymmetric atrophy was identified.
Fairly extensive patchy increased signal to the periventricular white and and deep gray matter of both cerebral hemispheres. No cortical infarctions were found. Diffusion weighted images show no evidence of acute ischemia. No evidence of edema, hemorrhage, or mass effect. The central skull bee is unremarkable and the carotid flow voids are present.
