My MRI Report Says The Following : 1. Marrow Contusions

My MRI report says the following :
1. Marrow contusions seen in bilateral condyles of femur and tibia with buckled osteochondral fracture of lateral femoral condyle.
2.near complete tear at the junction of upper and mid 1/3 of acl.
3.Intrasubstance edema of upper 1/3 of MCL.

what does it mean? may i know which grade my tear is?
and whether surjery is required?
