My Mom Is On Lyrica 75 Mg 3x A Day

My Mom is on Lyrica 75 mg 3x a day due to severe osteoarthritis/stenosis of spine. Had lumbar decompresion in 2009. Lately her restless leg has increased from 1 hour at night to several hours at night a few nights a week. Dr. prescribed gabapentin at bedtime, along with the Lyrica and all her other "pain" type meds: Plaquinil 200mg 2x/day for rheumatoid, Tizanadine 20mg for muscle relax and Tramadol 50Mg 3x day and tylenol 5oo mg 3-5x a day. plus topical Voltaren for her bone-on bone shoulders and knees.. IS IT OK TO TAKE LYRICA AND GABAPENTIN? her pharmacist said yes...it will help to add Gaba to the mix. Also her creatinine is in upper range but she has stage 3 kidney disease. thank you
