My Mom Is Taking Pain Formula M8 From A Compounding

My Mom is taking Pain Formula M8 from a compounding pharmacy, Smart Pharmacy? It did not come with a list of side effects or paperwork advising other drug intractions. I called Smart Pharmacy and they said they can not provide that information. They advised I go to rxlist.com and put in her medicines and the 8 ingredients of the topical cream. Is there any other way to get the list of interactions/side effects?
