My Mom takes diltiazem CD 360 mg QD along with indapamide 5 mg QD every morning. Tonight, she accidentally took another dose of each. Her baseline BP is 146/66, HR 61 half hour ago. repeat BP just now BP 144/71, HR 58. Is it fine to continue to monitor at home? Or should she be seen?
