My Mother 94 Years Old, Who Is VERY Vain, Wants

My Mother 94 years old, who is VERY vain, wants to know what the tiny white bumps are that she has and has had for months or longer on her neck and chin. She is afraid they'll appear on her face. She has NEVER spent time in the sun. One doctor told her it was part of aging but she didn't like that answer. :) Thank you for your time.
