My Mother Age 77 Yrs, Weight 50Kg Is Hypertensive And

My Mother Age 77 yrs, Weight 50Kg is hypertensive and Diabteic. For Hypertension she is taking telma40 and Nulong 10 mg each 1 - 0 - 1 daily and Clopid -75 mg. Still the systolic Blood Pressure lies between 234-190 and Diastolic between 65-80. Presently Doctor suggested CTD to be taken once in the morning..pls suggest
