My Mother Had Duodenal Diverticulum In 3rd Part Of Small

My Mother had duodenal diverticulum in 3rd part of small intestine since 5 years back. This was diagnosed through Barrium Test. In this year we repeated this test again and found Jugeno-Ileo diverticulam (means multiple pouch in small intestine). She suffers with severe abdoman pain and vomiting and anemia. Is there any treatment available without surgery or other surgical option.
