My Mother Had Some Sebaceous Cysts Removed From Her Scalp

My Mother had some sebaceous cysts removed from her scalp approximately 5 years ago. The pain never went away and it has gotten worse. She can barely touch her scalp on the left side towards the back (where the cysts were removed) and lating her head on the pillow bothers her. She has suffered migraines on and on all her life and she doesn'y know if the pain she feels on the left side of her forehead could be from this.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
