My Mother Has Been On Exelon For 9 Years And

My Mother has been on Exelon for 9 years and is now being weaned off it, due to it not being effective anymore. She has severe dementia and is the late/final stages. Tonight she experienced tremors, elevated BP (165/80) and a low grad temp 99.1 Are these withdrawal symptoms of the drug and if so, will they get worse and what can be done to ease her through this? She has10 more days to go and has also just stopped her Namenda. She is 85 and can not tell us how she feels. Is she in any danger?
