My Mother Is Having Issues With Anger, And Feeling Like

My Mother is having issues with anger, and feeling like immediate family members are stealing from her. She is having issues with her muscles in her legs feeling as she says like jello if she walks very fast. She stumbles and is not steady on her feet. Any ideas on what this could be.
