My Neice Has Been Having Severe Stomach After Having Her

My Neice has been having severe stomach after having her gallbladder removed a yr.,ago. The stomach pains have brome so severe that she's started having Seizures in the pat week. She's now in ICU but all tests are "Normal." Please help!
