My OBGYN Isn't Helping Much. I Would Like To Know

My OBGYN isn't helping much. I would like to know exactly how to get inseminated. My husband and I have been try for well over two years and have had no luck. Iv had my tubes blown, been on a lot of medication, take prenatal and folic acid every day. We are honestly lost and have no help, we just keep being told we are young and it will happen. Reaching out to another Doctor is our last hope before moving forward with adoption. Please help me.
