My Oncologist Wants Me To Take Aromasin For Breast Cancer

My Oncologist wants me to take Aromasin for breast cancer but I am concerned about the "joint pain and bone loss" because I have arthritis and am osteopenia. What is your opinion? Right now I am on Tamoxifen but it has problems with Cymbalta that I take for low back pain and nerve damage.
