My Pap Came Back Normal But There Are Endometrial Cells.

My Pap came back normal but there are endometrial cells. I am post menopause. My lab work shows CBC ia normal but Urinalysis has some issues. Leuk Esterase Moderate; Epithelial Cells Many/LPF; WBC 10-20
Bacteria Many/LPF. I am scheduled for a uterus biopsy. I have never has menstrual problems or a negative pap before.
