My R. Hip Sure Has Been Hurting, My R. Leg

My R. Hip sure has been hurting, my R. leg has been numb in spots, the numbess radiates down to the bottom of my foot, my right foot seems to turn inward when I walk. Slightly leaning to the R side when I ambulated. Need to move slow, I barely can bear weight on the R. side
