My RN Nurse Was Taking Off My IV Pick Line.

My RN nurse was taking off my IV pick line. As she was pulling the tube, I got a dull pain on my left shoulder. She could not dislodge the tube. I continued to have pain off and on on my left shoulder. Is this a cause for concern on my part to go to emergency. I took a full strength aspirin.
