My Rottweiler puppy is almost impossible to house break. I've had him since he was 8 weeks now he's 5 months. As he grows he goes more and it is a lot. He was doing okay at first and now he's regressed badly and my older dog doesn't do any of that, I was hoping he would teach the pup but that's not working. What do I do?
