My SGPT Is 84 However Both Hepititas B & C

My SGPT is 84 However Both Hepititas B & C are Non Reactive. I am Diabetic Patient and have started Taking Vildomet Tablet 50/850 twice a day. Should I switch to Insulin or Continue this tablet. Further what Medicie should I take for Improving My SGPT.
