My Sister Whose Cancer Has Spread To Her Lungs Has

My Sister whose cancer has spread to her lungs has started neupogen injections. I administer the injections and have noticed, after a series of five injections, that she has become extremely irritable and cranky. Am I just imagining this or could these side effects occur?
