My Son Had Cough N Throat Infection, Doctor Gave Augpen

My Son had cough n throat infection, Doctor gave Augpen ds 400, Ibugesic Plus, Alex p 5 days, than after 5 th day he still had throat redness they stopped Augpen DS, Continue Alex P and Ventryl, than after 5 days still throat was red they again gave antibiotic Calicard Clathromycin afte r15 days he again got fever. We chnaged doctor they are giving zifi 100 and Levocet till we get blood culture report. In all he took more than 25 days anti biotic

He got bacterial infectionCRP, SEMI QUANTITIVE, SERUM >/=12, <24..Any advice please
