My Son Have Prominent Bronchovasular Markings (age 3 & Half

My Son have prominent bronchovasular markings (age 3 & half years). his adenoid & tonsils surgery done in 26Sep-16 and he continued Augmentin for 10 days as per Dr. advice. in 17 Nov-16 he got fever and he took another antibiotic for 5 days but fevor not gone then he admitted in hospital for five days and found pneumonia ( 3 I V, 2 vane, and 5 days oral antibiotic taken) now few days back he again getting fever, yesterday lab results received and found prominent bronchovasular marking in the x-ray, CRP High 9.10, ESR-automated whole blood 37 (range 0-15)WBC absolute count Lymphocytes Low 5.54.
Please advice.
