My Son Keeps Pooping In His Pants He Is 9

My Son keeps pooping in his pants he is 9 years old. We tried everything from taking allowance away from him but i am not sure if he can stop himself. Should we be worried. When he goes poop poo his poo is very big for a little guy. I am not sure what to do at this moment
