My Sonography Report Uterus Is Retroverted And Bulky In Size
My Sonography report Uterus is retroverted and bulky in size with hetrogenous echotexture .Theuterus measures 10.4*7.4*6.9 cms.The Junctional zone is indictinct.Endometrium thickness is 16,,s.
Impressions & Findings
Findings ar suggestive of retroverted, bulky uterus with adenomyosis.
Hemorrhagic cyst in right ovary now measuring 3.4*2.4cms.
Left ovary appears normal with small follicles
Liver,Gallbladder,Spleen,Pancreas ,Bladder and Kidneys reveals no obvious abnormality.
My History had Laproscopy surgery twice for grade 4 endometrosis and adenomyosis and ovary cyst.
Married from 7 yrs with no child tried many treatments like Injections of Lupride depo ,IUI 8 times which was unsucessful and done ayurvedic treatment but still the same problem with very very severe pain and have to be on painkillers and injections,Now Many drs suggesting for Hysterectomy. Pls Help coz m not mentally prepared for the surgery.
